There is plenty of room here in the cactus patch.In Mexico the field is green and brown and ready to harvest...but we need help! Please send more Sr. missionary couples ASAP.

Hey Mom and Dad
Well everything here is going along swell. Summer is here full on which means we get to get in the pool quite a bit. I didnt know it but apparently last year everytime Ruthie wanted to go swimming she called either me or Corinne. No need for that, so we just got her a key so she feels welcome anytime, and I know they have come over a few times. It sure is nice to have that pool. Its a good time.
Ive been on a diet for the past month and lost 25 pounds. We'll see how that goes. So far I dont mind and I think I will be able to keep this up for quite a while.
Its amazing that you guys have been gone so long already. I like what you said on this post. Your right, the church needs a lot more senior couples. I had kind of hoped (maybe 5 years ago) that with some luck we would get both the boys out at the same time and be in a position where Corinne and I could go on a mission during that same time. But thats about out of the question now.
Gladys is doing fine and sitting here watching me and she said to say hi.
The book Ive been writting is coming along well. I have about 200pages done and I think I will be able to start shopping it around by this fall. Im going to start looking for and editor to go through it for me. I think the first half is pretty strong but he last half is a lot more work. I seem to keep starting more and more stories as I go along.
Did I tell you we bought a riding lawn Mower? Its a lawn cutting monster and a half. I love it. It was part of a promotion so basically I wont it. I earned enough points thorugh my work to buy it and I love it. Just in time to because by this time next summer Sean will be gone and Andrew will still be out. But you guys will be home. So mom will be able to cut the lawn if she wants to.
